On Monday, we took them shopping for clothing, shoes, toiletries and school supplies for the children. The children's Christmas wish lists included anything Justin Beiber for Mayra, New Moon Eclipse and anything vampires for Alejandra, remote control car and scooter skateboard for Raul, and mp3 player, marbles and board games for Janet. Friday, we were able deliver everything they for Christmas to them.

Sunday, January 2, 2011, the Velazquez family had a fire that damaged almost everything they owned. The Velazquez family is a family of eight, which includes of Manuela and four children: 8 year old Mayra, 9 year old Janet, 11 year old Raul and 13 year old Alejandra.
