We made many improvements to this year's raffle!
$65 for 1 BUY 8 and get 2 FREE. That's right, $400 gets you 10 tickets! ($40 each) Unfortunately, Nevada state law does not allow online tickets sales. But we have several convenient options for you to get your tickets. Tickets are available by calling (702)518-5585 or e-mailing info(at)OperationFireHEAT(dot)org and we will deliver them to you (Las Vegas valley only), or you can pick them up any of the following locations:

As a condition of accepting the prizes, winners will agree to have their picture taken with the prize and/or promotional material and allow their name and picture to be used by Operation FireH.E.A.T. in promotion materials to include, but not limited to, website, facebook page, printed materials, and media releases. Payment for ticket(s) with or a check or any other method that does not clear our bank will void ticket(s). Ticket sales are limited to 3,100. All tickets are eligible for all prizes. Once a ticket is drawn and the winner is announced, that ticket will be returned with the other tickets and may be drawn again. A minimum of 2,200 tickets must be sold for prizes listed to be used. If less than 2,200 tickets are sold, then the following percentages of raffle ticket sales will be the prizes: Grand Prize: 26.66% 4th place prizes: 0.53% Prizes must be claimed within 30 days. Prizes not claimed within that time will be forfeited and become the property of Operation FireH.E.A.T. Winners need not be present at the drawing but those not present are responsible for picking up the prize or any costs incurred to ship or deliver the prize. Operation FireH.E.A.T. reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value. Per IRS Notice 1340, winners of prizes greater than $5,000 are responsible for 25% of the fair market value. This payment must be made prior to winner taking possession of the prize. Financing may be available. If the winner chooses the cash/check option, the 25% will be deducted and the winner shall be paid the difference. The 25% deducted will be paid to the IRS. Winners of the Raptor and Harley Davidson, if they choose the vehicle over the cash options, will also be responsible for sales tax, doc and title fees. This payment must be made prior to winner taking possession of the vehicle. Financing may be available. Credit card sales will incur a 2% increase to cover our cost for processing. Due to the cash option being available, some prizes may not be purchased until after winner is announced and decides they want the prize over the cash option. To qualify for the free tickets offered with the “Buy 8-Get 2 Free”, purchase must come from a sole individual. Multiple people combining their purchases to reach eight tickets will be ineligible for the free tickets. You can download a copy of the rules here.
The drawing party will be Sunday, November 13, 2011 from noon to 6:00pm in the Night Owl Showroom of Hooter's Casino Hotel at 115 E Tropicana Ave. **Limited capacity so get there early. Once capacity is reached, no more will be let in. Get there early to confirm your spot.** Two local bands, The Mayhem and Blind Dog Day featuring Scotty Allen, will be performing.
